Sup instructor Kendra has been with us since season two and has been such an asset to the team! She gives 100%,brings her A game every time, is up for pretty much anything that challenges her and is such a pleasure to work with. She shares this energy and passion for life with all of us and it is infectious. On top of being a wife, a mother of two and running her own fitness practice she continues to grow in all aspects of her life. While she’s kicking ass 365 days a year you can catch her on the water with us running weekly SUP YOGA workshops for teens and adults. Her practice is for everyone and she truly cares about each individual that steps into any of her classes weather on land or sea. Kendra may teach Sup Yoga but she also is a wonderful Sup 101 instructor, and loves to paddle any chance she gets!
Sup Instructor Susan Gundy Riordan has been a part of the team for two seasons. She has paddled with us since the ghetto with her SUP partner, her SUP PUP! Her pup loves to paddle just as much as Susan! Susan has been an incredible athlete all her life and she shares that passion for life, fitness and health with all of us. From hitting the slopes, dance, you name it she kills it! During the summer you can find Susan teaching SUP privates, small groups and SUP FITNESS/YOGA workshops in July and August. You can always find her and her Sup Pup at SUP East Coast Style head quarters, Riverhead Beach, Marblehead. Bring your pup with you and she would love to take you out on a lesson or puppy paddle adventure! They paddle as often as they can!!!!
